i have the star wars theme song stuck in my head. arghhh.
christmas was fun. i got clothes and bandaids that look like bacon strips and perfume by salvador dali :] i love grandparents.
last night i was watching big fish with maddie but i got too tired and i decided to take a nap. i went to bed at 6:30 and i didn't set an alarm...so this morning at 6:30 i finally woke up. i am so so bored.
this week went by soooo slow.
the highlight was definitely yesterday whe the raindom asian kid was climbing through the vents at school and ran through ms klocks class in the middle of ben performing "who's on first"!!! it was amazing. ms klock got so red and she wants to suspend him. i want him to be my best friend.

wheeee i had a weird dream last night.
it was at my old school, and for some reason there was a 5th floor (and a 4th floor too, since there were only 3...but that doesn't matter.) so when you took the stairs up there, it was a crazy attic with all these nice things. if you kept walking through, you came upon this ice cream place. it looked like an ice cream place that would be in a tiny ski resort, and outside of the windows you could see snow blowing around. a woman and her son who looked about 20 were the only workers there. it was obvious they were waiting for somebody. they gave me ice cream and it was delicious. i asked them "how often does anyone come up here?" and the woman replied "maybe one person every two weeks." and that made me really sad for some reason.
anyway. yesterday was our first city heroes workday. it was actually all right, it wasn't as much COMMUNITY LOVE RESPECT! we got our permanent teams and i like mine a lot. every group has about 15 boys and girls, but barely anyone from our group came, so it ended up being 5 girls. we called each other the spice girls, which was not my decision, and i had to be baby spice.
afterwards, i dragged david and steve to the PDT nutcracker. neither of them had ever watched it, and it was hilarious seeing their faces. we sat next to sarah and coley and they fell in love with steve, so he was preoccupied pretty much the whole second act. so i for that time i tried to explain to david what all the different dances were and where they came from and we laughed at the really little ballerinas who didn't dance in unison.

i love you. i got an ipod today! my nano was broken before. but now i have a beautacious new regular video one. i also got baby bees, my favorite kind of lotion. i love being jewish and christian! you get the best of both worlds!
today i got a really bad smoothie at liberty place. it was like water, with a drop of strawberry. then we saw one of my city heroes team leaders, and that was kind of awkward...
i drew a picture of mr. conway's boat that he lives on and it is not finished yet, but everytime i try to draw some i laugh. because it is all biology-d out. it even has that dead armadillo he keeps in his room!
speaking of that, my biology test was hard. tests are stupid. i have to go to the mutter museum to get back 10 points i lost for being absent...oh joy!
this day was good!
i said i had a headache and went to the nurse. she gives me some crackers and apple juice. so then i just went to 2nd lunch for a while, and mr. walsh was in the centralizer. haha.
there is a sweatshirt in ms. hansbury's room that has been there all week, and if it's there tomorrow i'm taking it! she yelled at me today for wearing a tank top in class!
math test BLEHHH biology quiz ehhh
after school we had m&m's, and sara and i shared!
then i went home, and put ornaments on the tree with maddie and her friend. theeeennnn we went to eat japanese food and i had TEMPURA. MMMM and! we went to COLD STONE! :]:]
now i have to go finish studying for the english test on the odyssey...

oh yeah, city heroes from friday/saturday! it was pretty much terrifying. so much community and circles and being respectful! it made me want to throw up. i didn't amke any friends and i had no one to sleep next to or anything. the girl i was with some of the time just talked about her multiple hookups and how she licked whipped cream of a guys chest. it was interesting. on saturday, it lasted forever. there were a bunch of weird chants and stuff and it felt like we were in an asylum. david and i wanted to jump out the window, and i kept saying "i'm sprung" for no reason. and then i laughed really loud and a bunch of kids were like whoa, that girl is crazy.
monday sucks. i stayed up way too late writing my dumb art history paper. i also can't choose a martyr to write about for english, and everyone else could think of good ones. after school i went to the library with caileigh and david to write them, which didn't work. but it was not too cold outside so that was nice. but i got home and i was locked out because no one ever answers my phone.

today was surprisingly a-ok. even for a monday.
i had a shadow and she was nice. she gave me lots of icebreakers sour candies and they were really good. but now my tongue hurts, because all the sourness stung my tastebuds or something.
the english test was a piece of cake from shoprite. the algebra quiz was easier than i thought it would be. but who knows, i've never gotten anything above an 85 in there. and my art history teacher is writing me a recommendation for city heroes, so now i'm all set.
after school i went to the badminton meeting with abby. so many asians! so much intensity! i just wanted to play because it's called a "shuttlecock". it turns out that there is actually strategy and stuff involved. ew.
